Easy to make version of Kim chi that anyone can have a go at. This turned out very well, and there is a full video of me making it step by step, and a second video of me tasting it after it has had time to ferment.

Long awaited list of ingredients is below:
1 x Large Napa Cabbage
1 x large Daikon
2 x Large Carrots
1 x handful of Chives
1 x Cup of Sea Salt
1 x Cup Gochugaru Chilli Flakes
2-3 Garlic Cloves
4-5 cm Ginger
5-10ml Fish Sauce (or Soy sauce vegetarian)
